About the Author

Beth is a loving wife and mother—both of the human and fur variety—best friend, enemy, that coworker, work wife, hero, and all around sarcastic badass. She advocates to get rid of the stigma around mental health—having CPTSD, anxiety, depression, and panic. She advocates for the understanding of ADHD in girls and women, having ADHD herself, and she wasn’t diagnosed until she was thirty. When she isn’t writing, she’s playing with her young son, getting sassy with her husband, reading with the cats, roughhousing with the doggo, or sleeping for days. She loves to hear from fans and makes an effort to answer any messages sent her way and like any posts she’s tagged in.
