Mafia Princess by Kennedy Slope

Epilogue

“Oh God,” Sasha groaned. She closed her legs around my head as my tongue swirled around her. I could feel her muscles trembling from my ministrations, and I knew that she was minutes away from exploding.

I smiled against her cunt as I stuck my tongue inside of her. “I’m close,” she groaned out. My cock was hard as a rock, but this moment was about Sasha.

I swiped my tongue over her cunt, and she screamed as she tumbled over the edge. “Fuck,” she groaned out as I kissed her down from her orgasm.

As I removed myself from under her dress, I smiled as I looked at Sasha. Her cheeks were flushed with pleasure, and her elaborate curls were out of place. I wanted nothing more than to fuck her against the wall she was currently pressed against, but I knew that we were pressed for time.

“I can’t believe that we just did that,” Sasha groaned out. But there was a smile on her face, and I knew that she wasn’t really angry about how I had pulled her out of the party and into the hallway to eat her out.

“I couldn’t wait until we got home,” I said, pressing a kiss to her red lips.

Sasha rolled her eyes, but from the way she was pressing her hands against my chest, I knew that she wanted more. Since I had recovered from my gunshot wound, we had barely gotten out of bed.

“People are going to start looking for us,” she said. Now that the edge of her desire had been taken off, I could see the guilt of our actions kicking in. I shook my head and pressed another kiss to her lips.

No matter how many times or how many different ways I fucked her, Sasha was always blushing afterwards. It was one of the things I liked most about her. Her innocence seemed incorruptible.

“They can continue looking,” I said. In truth, people probably were going to start looking for me soon. We were at another wedding. Only this time, my wife was treated as she should be. After the shooting, and learning how Sasha had helped the Bratva fall the family had opened their arms to her.

We’d spent almost every weekend at some event or another, and we were both craving time alone together, which is how we ended up in a hotel hallways with my head up her dress.

Sasha suppressed a yawn, and I narrowed my eyes on her. “We can go if you are tired,” I said.

She shook her head. “I’m fine,” she said.

“You’ve been getting tired a lot lately.” I couldn’t blame her. She’d had midterms around the same time that her mother and brother had been put on trial. Sasha had refused to go to either. The only trial she attended was Marco’s. I sighed as I thought about how narrowly my brother escaped a murder charge.

“I’m fine,” she said, but I noticed her trying not to yawn again. I reached out and pushed one of her curls away from her face.

“Marco can take you home,” I told her.

My brother and Sasha had become incredibly close in the days after my recovery. She’d testified at his trial for killing her faux friend Zane, who had been one of the casualties. And I didn’t think that my brother would ever forget the way that she had gone to the mat for him.

Sasha shook her head. “I’ll be fine,” she said.

“You haven’t been sleeping much, and you had that stomach bug a few weeks ago.”

Sasha smiled and reached out to touch my face. “I love you,” she told me. She spoke those words to me for the first time a few weeks ago, and I loved hearing them. When we married, I thought that I would use Sasha, change her to fit the mold I wanted for her in my life. But in the end, she changed me. She was a balm to my soul, and though I hadn’t planned for her to be in my life, I was glad that fate had different plans for us.

“I have something I need to tell you,” she said.

I felt my brow furrow at her statement. When we decided to stay married, we’d vowed not to keep secrets from one another. Sometimes it was hard because of the nature of my position. I was lucky that Sasha understood that, and I was beginning to realize that I never would have been able to make it work with another woman.

“Oh?” I tried to keep my tone light. I was working on my anger. Sasha didn’t respond well when I got angry, and I wasn’t looking to alienate my wife.

“It’s not bad,” she said. Her smile widened. “It’s actually great. At least, I hope that you think it’s great.”

I said nothing. I had no idea what Sasha could be surprising me with.

“I went to the doctor yesterday,” she said.

My heart started to race. “Are you alright?” I asked. I reached out and cradled Sasha in my arms.

She laughed. “I told you that it was good news,” she said.

I took a deep breath and waited for her to tell me whatever news she had.

“I’m pregnant,” she told me. The words came out in a rush, and I wasn’t sure that I had heard her correctly.

“What?” I asked.

“I’m pregnant.”

It took a minute for Sasha’s words to sink in.

“Dom?” Sasha asked. “Are you alright?”

I wasn’t sure. I had thought about having children. I’d planned to get Sasha pregnant and get rid of her. But now that there was a real life baby, I wasn’t sure how I felt.

Looking at Sasha, I could see that she was nervous. The happy smile on her face had fallen a bit, and I realized that my hesitance had caused her to become unsure.

“A baby,” I whispered. “Wow.”

“Wow?” she asked. “What does that mean?”

I hadn’t thought about what it would mean to be a father. But as I stood across from Sasha, I knew instinctively that this baby would be one of the best things that had ever happened to me.

“It means that I’m so happy,” I told her before I took her in my arms.

Sasha squealed as I danced her around. She giggled as I pressed kisses to her neck.

“Put me down,” Sasha said.

I did, but I didn’t take my hands off of her. “I hope you know that you aren’t going to be leaving my sight for the next nine months.”

Sasha rolled her eyes, but I could tell that my words secretly pleased her. She’d never admit it, but I knew that she liked my protective nature.

“I love you,” I told her.

Her smiled was bright, and I promised myself that I would spend the rest of my life making sure that Sasha smiled every day of her life.

“I love you,” I told her, and those words were a vow to her that I hoped she understood.

Sasha might have started as the daughter of my enemy, but now, she was the most precious person in my life.
