Six Weeks of Seduction by Ellis O. Day
CHAPTER 21: NICK
Nick’s emotions were in a riot. He was pissed, jealous, hurt and damn it, he still cared for her. He should’ve been able to fuck her and forget her, but he couldn’t. Every time he had her he wanted more. She was a drug to him and that was terrifying. One night wouldn’t be enough. He’d have to convince her to let him have more but he wouldn’t accomplish that by snapping at her. Unfortunately, he couldn’t stop himself. Whenever he thought of her fucking that guy while he’d sat at home dreaming of her and jerking off, his temper exploded. The only time he didn’t care was when he was inside her. That settled it. He’d fuck her until he passed out.
He grabbed the bag of condoms and got out of the car. He waited…and waited. “Sarah.” He wasn’t in the mood for games and yet, she’d been playing them all night.
“I’m not getting out until we talk.”
He glanced at Mike and sighed. “I’m only going to tell you once.” He handed Mike a wad of cash and his house keys. “Get the door.”
Mike glanced at the limo as if in doubt.
“It’s a game.” He winked.
Mike was Ethan’s driver and was familiar with the games played by consenting adults. Of course, he was also aware that Nick had been celibate for four months waiting for Sarah and that she hadn’t been interested.
“I swear. She wants this as much as I do.” He grinned to put the guy at ease. “Maybe not quite as much, but she did get into the car on her own—twice.”
“Yeah.” Mike still hesitated. “But if she changed her mind and wants to go home…”
“She doesn’t.” There was no way he could carry Sarah and fight Mike. He bent down and peered into the car. She was in the corner fuming, her fingers tapping on her lap. “Sarah, we’ll talk in the house.”
“No.”
He counted to ten. “Yes.”
“No. I want to know now.”
He took a deep breath. This was risky. “Do you want to go home? And before you answer…think…because Mike is going to take you home if you say that’s what you want.” His eyes locked with hers and he prayed. He had no idea what he’d do if she said she wanted to leave because that wasn’t happening, not tonight.
“I want to talk.”
He shot a look over his shoulder at Mike and then faced her again. “Do you want to go home?” Confident now that she wouldn’t say yes.
“I might.” She lifted her chin. “It depends on what you have to say.”
Mike snickered, trying to cover it as a cough.
Nick straightened and took a step away from the car. “Come here, now.”
She popped her head out of the limo to glare at him. “I’m not your dog.”
That was it. His temper blew. He grabbed her under the arms, dragging her from the car.
“Let me go!” She slapped his chest.
He didn’t even bother to respond as he bent and tossed her over his shoulder.
“Damn it, Nick. Put me down.” She kicked and her toe landed on his thigh, a little too close to his groin.
“Stop fighting.” He wrapped the arm not holding the bag of condoms around her legs, pressing them against his body so she could only give him tiny jabs.
“Help me.” She leaned up on his shoulder, appealing to Mike.
The driver shook his head. “I would’ve if you’d wanted to go home, but you didn’t.” He moved to the door and unlocked it, holding it open.
“Turn off the alarm.” He wouldn’t be able to do that with a struggling Sarah in his arms.
Mike stepped into the house.
“I said maybe! Maybe! Not no.”
Mike shrugged as they passed on his way out of the house. “You can listen to what he has to say and then leave if you like.”
“He’s not going to let me leave.”
“Of course, I will—” Nick swatted her ass, dragging his hand across the soft curves—“but you won’t want to.”
Mike grabbed her hand. “Call me if you need a ride home.”
“Your card? You’re giving me your card while this brute abducts me.” Her voice was shrill.
Nick couldn’t stop grinning. Boy was she pissed. It was going to be fun redirecting all that passion toward sex. His dick hardened uncomfortably.
“Good night, Mike. We won’t need you again tonight.”
“I don’t even have my phone.”
Nick stopped. “Where is it?”
“In my purse in the car.” She glanced at Mike who was watching her closely. “Would you get it for me?”
“Absolutely.” Mike walked back to the car, retrieved her purse and handed it to her. “If you want to leave, call.”
“Thanks.” She stuffed the card in her purse as Nick carried her into the house and Mike shut the door behind them.
“Nick, stop this now. You don’t want…”
He walked straight into his bedroom, flipped on the light and tossed her onto the bed.
“You have no idea what I want.” He dropped the bag, shrugged out of his jacket and pulled off his shirt.
