Sleet Banshee by S.J. Tilly
CHAPTER FIFTY-TWO
MEHGAN
Dear Diary,
Brothers are the worst. If it weren’t for them, I could be spending the night in Sebastian’s bed. But no… Miles insisted on driving me home tonight.
I’m not happy about the sleeping arrangements, but I guess we did have a fun night. Thankfully the three stooges were able to act chill hanging out with the trio of Sleet players. I’m glad Zach and Izzy showed up. The boys occupied their time talking hockey, and us girls were able to chill over a bottle of wine.
It’s a little weird to have Sebastian befriending my brothers, since by his own request this is just a casual thing.
Casual. Casual. Casual.
The fact that I won’t get to see him for a while should make it easier to keep on the casual track. He’s leaving for a series of out-of-town games and won’t be in town again until the night I’m working the Snips auction.
It’s probably better that I don’t know when I’ll get to see him next, but seriously, what does a girl have to do to actually get laid around here?
