The Alien King’s Pet by Loki Renard

5Crimes and Conversations

“ARCHON! YOU UTTER BASTARD!” Dominax shouted into the communications device. Only a king could speak to another king in such a way and mean it affectionately rather than as an affront to all things proper. Lesser words had stared intergalactic wars in the past, but Dominax knew his audience.

“What can I do for you, Dominax?” Archon’s voice came out of the ether. It took a moment for him to appear on screen. The dragon king of Archaeus was quite the scaled sight to behold, an intimidating humanoid blessed with the spirit of ancient dragons and perfectly adapted to chaotic modernity. It was Archon who had first taken a human lover. If there was anybody who could help Dominax, it was him.

“I took a human from ancient planet Earth when we travelled through time to reunite your pet with her family.”

Best to get that confession out of the way quickly. Dominax wasn’t strictly supposed to have taken a human from Earth. It was technically illegal according to certain treaties and documents and laws, but being a king, Dominax considered himself above most of those things. It had not occurred to him that there might be a good reason for them to exist.

“You took a human from Earth?” Archon shook his head. “Bad idea, they’re feral there. There’s a reason it’s illegal to bother the historic humans. You’re lucky I took you to the version of 2020 without the plague.”

“There’s more than one version of the year 2020 on the planet Earth?”

“Of course. There are infinite versions of everything. You. Me. This toast I was trying to eat before you shrieked across the universe for help.” Archon did not sound entirely amused by the predicament Dominax found himself in, but he had just admitted to a much bigger crime himself.

“So you’ve been splitting and slipping between time streams.”

Archon shrugged.

“Archon, that could lead to an explosion in time itself. A timesplosion!”

“Maybe. Maybe not. Is that why you called? To discuss who has broken more laws?”

“It’s not. This human is…”

“A pain in the ass?” Archon used a very human expression. It made Dominax wonder just how many trips Archon had taken to Earth. It also made him wonder how many trips other kings had taken. For all he knew, the planet was crawling with aliens who weren’t supposed to be there at any given moment.

“Yes. She’s defiant one moment, and tearful the next. She’s strong mentally, but physically I could break her if I am not incredibly careful. She wants to have her way before she understands what having her way even means…”

“Yeah. That’s a human. She’s going to be difficult. My suggestion, if you won’t take her back, is to be as big a pain in her ass as she is in yours.”

“I’ve whipped her, don’t worry about that. That’s not what concerns me. What concerns me is that punishment didn’t make much of an impact on her.”

“Probably. The easiest thing to do would be to put her back and get one from the more modern colonies. They’re much more tame.”

“But I like this one.”

“Then be prepared to whip her ass until she obeys you. See, humans are as close to animals as any sentient being can be, but they think they’re civilized. That means they’re arrogant and caught in the notion that they are our equals.”

“That’s not possible. One cursory glance at our relative physical stature, if nothing else, would surely convince them otherwise. They don’t even have time travel yet. I overheard some of them arguing if they had even gone to their own moon. They’re primitive by almost any standard one could care to apply.”

Archon was nodding along, and a broad smile spread across his face as he made the next statement.

“They actually think they are the most advanced species in the universe.”

Dominax threw back his head and laughed for a very long time. “But they’re so small, so weak, so limited.”

“They don’t see it in themselves,” Archon smiled. “Their most dearly held belief, even to the weakest among them, is that they are the strongest beings in all creation. They become incredibly offended if you point out their shortcomings, biologically and technologically.”

“This will be amusing, then,” Dominax said. “It does explain a great deal of her behavior. She’s not submitting to me, because it doesn’t occur to her that she should submit to anyone, or anything, is that it?”

“Probably. Fortunately, humans do have a very submissive streak, especially the females. It is baked into their DNA due to their herd nature and a history of brutal violence. Show that you are strong, and she will follow, even if it seems she loathes you for it. Even if she does loathe you for it. My mate hated me the entire time I was hunting her down. It made for a very stimulating conquest.”

“And how is a human to be conquered?” Dominax was fairly certain he knew the answer, but he wanted to hear it from Archon’s mouth.

“Fuck her hard. Fuck her long. Fuck her pussy, her ass, her mouth. Make sure she knows that every single hole she has belongs to you. It is impossible to be too dominant with a human.”

Encouraged by Archon’s thoughts on the matter, Dominax nodded in agreement.

“So then, I should simply enjoy the process of taming her, understanding that she has to fight, and that she is also destined to lose that battle, because she doesn’t truly want to win it,” Dominax said.

“More or less, yes. Of course, I haven’t met the human you’ve decided to make your pet. She may be unique in some fashion.”

“I believe she is unique in every fashion,” Dominax replied. “In a crowd of hundreds of humans, she stood out among them all. Though, I don’t think she is different because she isn’t a candidate for carnal captivity, but because she was made for it. I hope to one day show her to you, properly tamed and upon my leash.”

“It is only a matter of time and will,” Archon replied. “Good luck!”
