Feels Like Love by Jenna Hartley
I’ve always wanted to write a brother’s best friend romance with a dating coach aspect, and I’m so glad I finally got the chance to do so. I was “supposed” to be writing Harper’s story, but Bennett and Wren kept pushing for their story to be heard.
This book was a labor of love to be sure. There’s always some shifting around of pieces, but especially of this one. I just…it needed to be right. And I’m so happy with how it turned out.
I loved how sweet Bennett and Wren were. How unique River was. And yes, all three bedtime stories that Bennett mentions are real stories. Some of my daughter’s (and my) favorites to read at bedtime. I especially recommend Sparkella. It’s such a sweet story about being yourself no matter your age.
Thank you for reading Feels Like Love. I love writing for the pleasure of it, but seeing reader’s reactions is definitely a highlight. To all the bloggers, bookstagrammers, booktokers, and readers who get excited, who post about my books, and who have shown me a sense of genuine community and support—thank you!
To all the authors who have been so kind and generous. Who have welcomed me into this community and been so supportive. Not to mention all the authors who have joined me for Writer Wednesdays. Talking to each and every one of you has been both fun and inspiring!
A big thank you to the Hartley’s Hustlers and my Girl Gang (not just for girls!). You rock! I cannot possibly tell you how much your support means to me! I appreciate everything you do to promote my books and to encourage me throughout my writing journey.

Thank you to Brit! I love writing strong, badass female main characters, and you help ensure that they live up to their potential. And that the men who dare to love them do too.

Thank you to my husband for always encouraging me. For always supporting my dreams. You are better than any book boyfriend I could ever imagine. And to my daughter, for always putting a smile on my face. You are spirited and independent, and I wouldn’t have it any other way. Dream big, my darling.
Thank you to my parents for always being so encouraging. For reading my books. For being my biggest fans! When my dad heard a new book was coming, he said, “About damn time.” LOL
And to my in-laws who took care of our daughter when I was trying to finish this book and meet my deadline. To my mother-in-law especially, for listening to my brainstorming. For encouraging me—both in my writing and in my health journey. I appreciate you more than you will know.
Dear reader, if this list of people shows you anything, it’s that dreams are often the effort of many. I’m grateful to have such an awesome team. And I’m honored that you’ve taken the time to read my words.
