Caught: In A Case by C.M. Steele

Prologue

“The plan is in motion. Blake and James are set to leave tonight,” my asshole employer said on the other end of the line.

“Do you know if they have any girlfriends right now?” I asked as I prepared to introduce myself to the handsome men.

“No, no, they don’t have any romantic ties to anyone. They’re playboys, so no need to worry about that, but I want Blake most of all. He will be the prime target. You need to make sure that it doesn’t look like they’re being singled out because it could come back to me.”

“I know you don’t have to keep telling me over and over. I have it all worked out.” This man was a pain. I couldn’t wait to get rid of him.

“I can’t wait to give them what they deserve. How the high and mighty will fall.” He reveled in his plan to rid himself of his adversaries. He was a poor excuse for a man and he had no idea the double-cross I had planned.

“They’re really cute. I like that.” I knew how to piss him off. He was easily excitable.

“So what if they’re cute? Keep your dirty cunt out of this! Don’t fuck this up, you hear me? I knew working with a female was a mistake,” he grumbled.

“Don’t fuck with me, old man. I’ll handle it, and I’ll screw whomever I please.” I hung up the phone, pissed at the jerk, but I had a plan and it was on schedule. I was going to meet with Blake within the next two weeks if the right words were whispered in the right ears, and no one fucked up.
